Got a couple emails asking how long pick’em will be going on. The answer is all season until the games are finished. Obviously if we end up with early games in the BIG EAST Tournament/NCAA Tournament those will not count but lines will be getting out earlier so we’ll try to get the thread up earlier. Senior Night in Cincinnati = favorable line for the Cats? Kind of.

Why is this such a big spread? Does Vegas know we lost 2 in a row? Or is it just because Villanova was crushing the spread all fall/early winter? Probably the latter. And it may have to do with Senior Night too.

4 years ago I never thought I’d see the day when we were double-digit favorites over the Connecitcut Huskies. Times sure have changed (although this is more of an aberration than anything else, they’re still a great program in a down year).

As you probably noticed, there was never a pick’em post for the Georgetown game today. This is due to my internet completely crapping out yesterday and JUST coming back a few minutes ago. Due to the decreased time frame (along with half of the regular posters being unavailable due to tailgating) we will not be doing pick’em today.

Everyone gets marked down for a win because I’m pissed off at the internet right now.
