Not sure who the play-by-play guy was but I think the color man was John Feinstein, odd choice considering he’s a) a Dookie and b) not a former player/coach. Either way they were brutal.

Weird game, i always dread when the Cats catch on fire from 3 b/c the inevitably go to that well too often as we saw in the 2nd half. Who knows if any of these pre-confernce wins are going to be good wins, the important thing is they keep winning. Not bad considering they are missing 4 of the 5 starters from last year’s team with RR out.

Also, Grevis Vasquez is the biggest d-bag in college hoops and it’s not even close.

Every time Maryland made like 2 baskets in a row, the announcers would say, “I can’t believe Jay Wright is not taking a timeout right now.” That was just one of the many assinine things they said.

they alternated between explaining in excessive detail the fundamentals of televised basketball and simply making up facts about Villanova. Jay Wright was an assistant coach for the ‘85 season, Mouph played 2 games in puerto rico, etc etc. Just abhorrent.

Agreed sweet win! When they came within 3 we could have folded but we are tough our freshman are tough. Cheek made some big plays. Those announcers should be shot! Every time there guys are fighting for the rebound and we just happen to get it. What a joke!!!! Go Nova!!!!!
