Pat --

We're still in the thick of it for Gilchrist. Make no mistake about it. Same goes for Roc Christmas.

I wouldn't give up on either of them.

I want Joseph bad. The guy was overshadowed by Avery Bradley last year at Findlay Prep but he can flat out score the rock. I think we should move off of Gihlcrist, he's a lock for Calipari at KU. Rakeem Christmas. Who was the last local big they got that was of any caliber. Don't give me Bigus. Dude was awful. I'm thinking Tim Thomas. I'm sure Waayans can help get him in the fold

Agreed and Gilchrist would be a huge win for us. I think they are also looking at Myles Davis at St. Peter's Prep as well.

I don't think he was 'wasting his time.' Gibbs is a very good player, and somebody who we probably would have been thrilled to have just a few years ago. And he even named us his outright leader, but I don't think we were ready to accept any commitments.

I just think we're involved with much bigger fish right now with Cory Joseph in 2010 and then Tony Wroten, Mike Gilchrist and Roc Christmas in 2011.

Those are all consensus Top 10 players.
